I had hip surgery on 30 October 2017 under the care of Mr Raghuraman. From the minute I arrived at the hospital I was treated with the utmost care and compassion. Every member of staff I came across was kind, patient and caring. I was fully informed about what was happening every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble for the nurses. The food was fantastic and my room was comfortable. I cannot praise this hospital and its staff highly enough and would fully recommend it to anyone. I would also like to mention three nurses in particular and thank them, Sarah Sutton for helping me through my meltdown when I got to theatre and Jo Wood and Kirsty Johnson for looking after me so well and making me feel like I mattered and wasn't just a number. Also, a big thank you to Richard Robinson, the physiotherapist who is now helping me back on my feet.
