Cancer Care at Spire Leicester Hospital
I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma early in 2011 and I first saw Dr Garg at the Leicester Royal Infirmary. Two transplants and two trials later I transferred to Spire Leicester Hospital and continued to see Dr Garg there.
I read the testimonial of Margaret McCaffer and I wholly endorse her comments. Since she is far more eloquent than I, I won’t paraphrase her entire testimony, but I can say that my experience with Dr Garg closely matches Margaret’s.
I think the most important points are that Dr Garg has extensive knowledge of Myeloma and the various treatment options - both current and those in the pipeline. Furthermore, she takes the time to explain all the things relevant to one’s case and always remains positive and upbeat. I always enjoy seeing her. Strange but true.
