I am a friendly, experienced consultant dermatologist with over 15 years’ experience and I am passionate about delivering personalised, high-quality skin care to all patients.
I offer the full range of treatment comprehensive assessment and treatment of inflammatory conditions of the skin, hair and nails, such as acne, eczema, psoriasis and other rashes. My sub-specialty area of interest is skin cancer risk assessment, diagnosis and treatment and I undertake weekly cancer screening clinics in the NHS. I also offer treatment of hyperhidrosis (excess sweating) with Botox injections and the standard series (TruTest) patch testing for investigation of allergic contact dermatitis.
I have been Consultant Lead for Skin Cancer at Walsall Manor Hospitals since 2013 and I am an active member of the West Midlands Skin Cancer Expert Advisory Group. I am a trained skin surgeon and undertake surgical lists, at minimum weekly, completing over 200 cases on an annual basis. I have also received advanced surgical training and regularly perform complex surgical procedures for skin cancer treatment.
In addition to my clinical work, I am involved in undergraduate education. I am Head of Undergraduate Medical Education at Walsall NHS Trust and immediate past Specialty Lead for Dermatology for the Birmingham Medical School.

I'm originally from Cheshire and after spending years abroad, I have now been settled in Birmingham for the last 10 years. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two young children, in the outdoors where possible, and enjoy running in any spare time.
