"I am pleased to work at Spire Little Aston, providing high-quality and convenient patient care with a highly skilled and organised team working alongside me."
I am an experienced GP having qualified eight years ago in the West Midlands. Over this time, I have worked as a salaried and Locum GP and have gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of general practice.
I have also had the immense pleasure of being responsible for teaching and training medical students, which I have found very rewarding.
I am incredibly passionate about general practice and thoroughly enjoy both the clinical and the interpersonal aspects of the job. I have a particular interest in Women's Health including reproductive and sexual health and have gained post-graduate qualifications in both these fields.
Having worked in the Midlands as a doctor over the past 13 years, I have a strong understanding of the health needs of both the younger and the older population in this area.
Some of the principal treatments carried out by Dr Jaswinder Bal at Spire include:

I am a locum GP and hold long term posts at three sites:
1) Beechdale Health Centre, Walsall
2) Blackwood Health Centre, Streetly
3) Horsefair Group Practice, Armitage, Staffordshire
Away from general practice my time is spent with my two beautiful sons, playing with their ever expanding dinosaur collection and keeping them active outdoors. I get a lot of joy from teaching the boys new things and even more pleasure from picking up pieces of knowledge from them too.
