I offer virtual consultations only.
My areas of interest are Type 1 and 2 diabetes, insulin pump therapy, diabetic foot, complex diabetes, lipid disorders, thyroid disorders, hypogonadism, adrenal and pituitary disorders. I have sound clinical knowledge in Medicine and have a CCT in General Internal Medicine.
I endeavour to provide the best possible care to all my patients based on current best evidence. My communication strategy is based on total honesty.
I have been working as a Consultant in the NHS since January 2011. During this period I have consolidated myself as a consultant with exposure to varied hospital settings and different roles. I have been in my present post of Consultant in Diabetes and Endocrinology at Good Hope Hospital since November 2015.
Since starting in my present post I have developed a Consultant-led diabetic foot service at Good Hope Hospital. I am also the mortality lead for my unit at Good Hope Hospital. In my previous post, I was a Clinical Lead in acute Medicine at Manor Hospital.
