I have been a consultant at the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust since 2011. My special interest is Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery.
I deal with all aspects of nasal conditions which include recurrent nose bleeds, sinusitis (sinus surgery and balloon sinuplasty), nasal polyps, nasal blockage, septal deformity and nasal deformity caused by trauma or skin cancer, cosmetic nasal reshaping (rhinoplasty), nasal reconstruction (secondary to the damage caused by trauma or skin cancer).
As an ENT surgeon with a fellowship in reconstructive cosmetic surgery, I only operate in the facial region. I offer medical and surgical treatments for ear reshaping (pinnaplasty), ear reconstruction (caused by trauma or skin cancer) and removal of the facial cancerous and non-cancerous lesions and reconstruction. I work closely with the skin specialists and have a special interest in nasal reconstruction although I reconstruct other defects in the facial region.
Some of the principal treatments carried out by Mr Shahram Anari at Spire include:
Ear Nose and Throat (ENT)
Cosmetic surgery
Paediatrics - ENT
Other treatments
COVID-19 testing or antibody tests are not available as a standalone service at Spire Little Aston Hospital.
