My main interests are in general gynaecology including menstrual disorders, pelvic pain and endometriosis and investigating postmenopausal bleeding. I perform procedures to deal with heavy menstrual bleeding and other menstrual problems. I am an accredited colposcopist and perform diagnostic procedures and treatments for abnormal cervical smears and precancerous cervical cells.
After graduating from medical school in 1991 and completing my post-graduation in 1997, I have gained wide experience in obstetrics and gynaecology. My training in obstetrics and gynaecology was followed by further training in colposcopy and general gynaecology.
I am the lead colposcopist and lead for antenatal diabetes services at Walsall Manor Hospital.
I have published several articles in peer-reviewed journals. I enjoy teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students and regularly present at national and international conferences.
