"I like working at Spire London East because it is always very calm and nothing is too much trouble for the other staff working here."
I have over five years of experience working with children from ages 2-18 with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs. I specialise in working with children under five. I have a particular interest in working with children with selective mutism, autistic spectrum disorders, stammers and speech sound difficulties. I am trained in using the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Attention Autism programme and Makaton Signing. I am also trained in the Lidcombe Programme for children who stammer.
I am registered with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and the Health and Care Professions Council. I am a member of the Selective Mutism and Learning Difficulties Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and meets regularly with professional colleagues.
