I am a Consultant Clinical Scientist and Head of Audiology at Manchester Royal Infirmary and Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital and have over 25 years’ experience in the field of audiology and hearing implants for children and adults.

I specialise in hearing assessments for adults and children and the provision of advanced and specialist hearing aids and devices to help with all levels and types of hearing loss. I lead the busiest hearing implant service in the UK at Manchester Royal Infirmary and have a wealth of experience in fitting and rehabilitation for all types of hearing implants including cochlear implants and bone anchored hearing aids for adults and children.

My aim is to ensure that you or your family are able to hear well in all listening situations and I am able to offer a full range of hearing aids and hearing implants that can be tailored to meet your hearing needs.

I am an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Manchester, a national assessor for the Association of Clinical Scientists and an elected trustee of the British Cochlear Implant Group (BCIG). In addition, I am a technical expert in auditory implantation for the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) and an examiner for the National School of Healthcare Science.
