I am a compassionate and committed Dermatologist, with over ten years of experience in treating a wide range of skin conditions. I qualified from the University of Sheffield and undertook initial training in general medicine, followed by specialist dermatology practice in Manchester. I work as a Consultant Dermatologist at Salford Royal and The Christie Hospitals.
I am the lead for Manchester University dermatology training at Salford Royal Hospital with an active role in teaching medical students and other doctors. I am involved in clinical trials for new treatments and the recruitment of patients for research studies. I have presented at national dermatology conferences and authored book chapters for a major dermatology textbook.
I have also had the opportunity to undertake clinical observerships in two prestigious dermatology centres in New York, USA, where I was able to gain first-hand experience and an international perspective on the management of skin conditions. I integrate this into my practice and deliver a holistic, thoughtful approach to patients and their skin.
