I have worked in the NHS for over 10 years with individuals across the life span affected by various physical and mental health difficulties.
At Spire, I offer specialist psychological support to adults and older adults who are experiencing difficulties with weight management, mood (including low mood/ depression, trauma and stress/anxiety) and difficulties adjusting to a physical health condition.
Since completing my doctorate in 2017, I have trained in various therapeutic approaches including family interventions, cognitive analytic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.
I find having a breadth of training and clinical experience helps me to work in a person-centred, holistic and evidence-based way. I endeavour to be collaborative and compassionate in all components of my work and aim to combine my expertise with the person’s lived experience to help them work towards their goals.
I currently offer evening appointments at Spire for psychological assessment, recommendations, and therapy.
