The price shown is the ‘from price’ (ie the minimum cost of the procedure). Please note that for some procedures the actual price you are quoted may vary significantly and can increase depending on your choice of Consultant (who is an independent practitioner and not an employee of Spire). The fees charged by Consultants and Anaesthetists are set independently and are outside the control of Spire. The price may also vary depending on the type of anaesthetic, implant or drug used, and your medical history.

Your consultations
Once you’ve made an enquiry, we can arrange your first appointment within a few days.
You’ll meet one of our experienced cosmetic surgeons in a private consultation room. They’ll ask you about your medical history and why you’d like to have breast uplift surgery. There’ll be an opportunity for you to ask any questions about your treatment and recovery. You can also find out more about:
There’s a cooling-off period for two weeks after your appointment. This gives you time to make sure you want to proceed with surgery.
Before you go ahead with the operation, you may need to have a pre-operative assessment.
Usually, it's an overnight stay in hospital for this type of procedure. You’ll have your own private en-suite room. All of our rooms have the comforts and conveniences you’d expect at home.
On the day of your operation, you’ll meet your anaesthetist and the surgical team.
Before the procedure, you’ll be given a general anaesthetic, so you’ll be asleep. The operation should take between one to three hours. If you’ve come with a friend or family member, they’re welcome to wait in your private room while you have your operation.
Your surgeon will make cuts (incisions) to lift and reshape your breasts. They’ll use the technique you agreed during your consultation.
After surgery, you’ll probably feel some pain or discomfort – our nursing team will give you painkillers to help you with this.
Although everybody’s different and you should always follow your consultant’s advice, here’s a typical recovery timeline for breast uplift surgery:
