"Spire provides an exceptional and quality service to patients with the highest possible standards. It strives to provide the best healthcare possible in a warm and friendly atmosphere."
I have extensive experience in urology having completed my specialist training in the North West of England in 2013. I am one of very few fellowship trained surgeons specialising in andrological surgery in the North West region.
I specialise in all aspects of genital surgery, including penile reconstruction and testicular/scrotal surgery. I am one of the early adopters of the Urolift procedure for prostate symptoms and performed the first case in an outpatient setting in Europe. I am one of the few surgeons in the UK performing microscopic testicular extraction of sperm for men with fertility issues. I also do diagnostic procedures for urological symptoms including cystoscopies.
I am a graduate of the University of Liverpool and Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. I went on to do a fellowship in andrology, genital surgery, male fertility and genital cancer at University College Hospital, which is one of the most recognised centres for andrology in the world.
I also have a special interest in medical education and have a postgraduate certificate of medical education from the University of Dundee. I have a special interest in research and have published numerous medical papers and continue to speak internationally in the field of urology.
