I graduated with a first class degree from the University of Birmingham in 2006, following a previous degree in Biology at the University of Bristol. I worked for five and a half years at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, gaining promotion in 2009 to specialise as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist. In 2011 I moved to work as a specialist sports physiotherapist in a well respected sports injuries clinic in London. This provided valuable experience in elite sports injury management.
I have a strong desire to help and empower people to achieve good health and wellbeing through exercise and sport. I value a holistic and personalised approach to patient management using a diverse range of treatment options including manual and soft tissue techniques, taping, functional and sports specific exercise rehabilitation and Pilates.
