I am a “new generation” vascular surgeon, trained in performing open and endovascular (keyhole) procedures. I strive for excellence when managing my patients by working closely with them to provide up to date and high standards of clinical care. My special interests include performing advanced endovascular procedures for aortic aneurysms, diagnosing and treating thoracic outlet syndrome and performing endovenous procedures for varicose veins including radiofrequency ablation and foam sclerotherapy.
I joined Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital as a vascular and endovascular surgeon in February 2017. My busy clinical practice involves emergency and elective management of the complete range of vascular disease including aneurysms, carotid artery disease, peripheral arterial disease, and varicose veins. I have completed my extensive higher surgical training in South Yorkshire prior to undertaking fellowships in minimally invasive vascular procedures at national and international centres of excellence, namely, Freeman Hospital in Newcastle and the University of Toronto Hospitals in Canada, respectively. I was trained in the treatment of complex vascular disease, including open and endovascular procedures for thoraco-abdominal aortic aneurysms.
Alongside my clinical training, I was awarded Master of Science at Cardiff University in 2011, Master of Education at the University of Sheffield in 2017 and received an MBA with Distinction at the University of East Anglia (UEA) in 2020. I am also a clinical lecturer and instructor at UEA as I assist in delivering the Master of Clinical Education programme. I developed special interest in technology and education, published and presented my work at national and international levels in Europe and Canada.

I have always enjoyed football, which I play on weekly basis. I also enjoy swimming and bodybuilding, whilst my greatest joy in life remains spending time and traveling with my small family (wife, son and daughter).
