MBBS, MRCP, FRCR
In the NHS I work at Leicester Royal Infirmary as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist. I previously worked as a consultant in Essex.
I completed my registrar training in Leeds, gaining experience in various aspects of cancer treatment encompassing the use of chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, biological agents and technical radiotherapy.
I have experience of being an investigator in clinical trials and published articles in peer reviewed cancer journals and also contributed to abstracts presented at national and international scientific meetings.
My practice philosophy is to use personalised medicine and a multidisciplinary team approach - recommending treatments according to each individual patient's circumstances, based on scientific evidence and making best use of the expertise of key professionals involved in the various aspects of overall patient care.
