I am a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust with a specialist interest in renal cancer, testes cancer and general urology.

I specialise in upper tract uro-oncology, specifically the diagnosis and treatment of renal (kidney), ureteric and sarcoma malignancy combining open, laparoscopic (keyhole) and robotic techniques.

I also have a keen interest in male fertility and all aspects of general urology including benign prostate conditions, urinary problems, bladder, testes and scrotal surgery.

To date, my surgical training logbook tallies over 2,500 procedures.

Including over 200 nephrectomy's and nephroureterectomy's for cancer and benign disease of the urological tract.

I have performed over 350 bladder and prostate endoscopic procedures and over 150 operations for stone disease.

Since qualifying in 2014, I have pursued a career in urology following an early interest in medical school.

I was successful in being appointed to a prestigious academic foundation training programme and completed a postgraduate certificate in medical education.

I have completed the regions first advanced complex upper tract urological malignancy fellowship, becoming independent in nephrectomy and retroperitoneal surgery.

I have since successfully been appointed as a Consultant Urological Surgeon in Nottingham, specialising in upper tract malignancy specifically laparoscopic, robotic and open surgery and general urology. I am the Urology Cancer MDT Lead for SFH.
