Spire Nottingham Hospital is situated five miles south from Nottingham city centre off the A52. Nottingham station is approximately 15 minutes by taxi from the hospital.

Your consultations

Once you’ve made an enquiry, we can arrange your first appointment within a few days.

You’ll meet one of our experienced cosmetic surgeons in a private consultation room. They’ll ask you about your medical history and why you’d like to have breast uplift surgery. This will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions regarding your treatment and recovery. You can also find out more about:

There’s a cooling-off period for two weeks after your appointment. This gives you time to make sure you want to proceed with surgery.

Before you go ahead with the operation, you may need to have a pre-operative assessment.

You may be able to go home on the same day as your operation. If you do need to stay overnight, you'll have one of our private en-suite rooms. All of our rooms have:

Here’s what to expect after you arrive for your breast uplift surgery:

• You’ll meet your surgical team and anaesthetist
• You’ll be given a general anaesthetic so you’ll be asleep for the operation
• Your surgeon will carry out the operation to lift and reshape your breasts, using the technique previously agreed at your consultation
• Your operation will take around one to three hours

After surgery, you’ll probably feel some pain or discomfort – our nursing team will give you painkillers to help you with this.
