How much does Breast uplift (mastopexy) cost at Spire Parkway Hospital

We’re a trusted and popular choice for breast uplift surgery and our inclusive prices and access to payment plans make it easy and more affordable.

The price shown is the ‘from price’ (ie the minimum cost of the procedure). Please note that for some procedures the actual price you are quoted may vary significantly and can increase depending on your choice of Consultant (who is an independent practitioner and not an employee of Spire). The fees charged by Consultants and Anaesthetists are set independently and are outside the control of Spire. The price may also vary depending on the type of anaesthetic, implant or drug used, and your medical history.

Spire Parkway Hospital can provide you with a single, fixed price for your procedure so there are no surprises. Please read Spire Healthcare's terms and conditions for full details of what’s included and excluded in your fixed price when paying for yourself. Finance options are available through our partner Omni Capital Retail Finance Ltd, 10 Norwich Street, London, EC4A 1BD.

Your consultations

Once you’ve made an enquiry, we can arrange for you to meet with one of our cosmetic surgeons in a private consultation room – usually within a few days. There’ll be a chance to discuss your reasons for having treatment, as well as your medical history. Your consultant will explain what will happen during the procedure, including the type of anaesthetic you'll have. They may also need you to have a pre-operative assessment.

You can also find out more about:

  • The risks and complications
  • Any tests you may need to have before surgery
  • How the medical team will support your recovery and aftercare

Your consultant will explain that there’s no pressure to make any decisions during the appointment. Even if you’re confident you want to go ahead, there’s plenty of time to change your mind during the two week cooling-off period.

Breast uplift surgery: your procedure

When you arrive at Spire Parkway Hospital, you’ll meet your surgical team and anaesthetist before your operation. You’ll have a general anaesthetic for the procedure, which means you’ll be asleep throughout.

The operation usually takes between one and three hours. It involves the surgeon making cuts (incisions) in order to lift and reshape your breasts. They’ll use the techniques you agreed during your consultation. If you’ve come with a friend or family member, they’re welcome to wait in your private room while you have your operation.

You may be able to go home on the same day as your surgery but, if you need to stay overnight, you’ll have your own comfortable, en-suite room that provides all the home comforts you need, including:

  • TV
  • En-suite
  • Window
  • Armchair
  • Free WiFi
