I have been working as a Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon since 2020, with expertise in head and neck surgery and facial reconstruction. With a passion for performing cutting-edge, modern evidence-based practice, I have higher-level (PhD) research and clinical expertise in customised 3D-printed implants for both facial reconstruction and dental rehabilitation, having personally developed and patented new surgical technology for jaw reconstruction.

I specialise in head and neck surgery (cancer and benign tumours), all aspects of facial reconstruction, facial reanimation surgery (for facial palsy), dental implants, facial cosmetic surgery (including facelift, brow lift, forehead lift, neck lift and rhinoplasty), facial trauma (fractures and post-traumatic deformity) as well as simple skin and oral surgery procedures (such as skin cancer and wisdom tooth removal).

In addition to training in London and South Wales, I completed a subspecialist fellowship in head and neck surgery and complex facial reconstruction in Birmingham, UK before moving to Hampshire. In my NHS practice alone, I perform around 500 maxillofacial operations annually, with private practice in addition.

I am a core council member for the British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (2021-2024) as the lead for recruitment into the specialty.

I am a clinical supervisor for maxillofacial surgeons in training in Wessex, an associate medical editor for Libri Publishing UK and a peer-reviewer for the British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

I have also authored several textbooks in Maxillofacial Surgery, published internationally in numerous peer-reviewed research journals and continue to train junior surgeon colleagues from both the UK and overseas.
