I've worked as a urology consultant since 2008 and, as well as expertise in general urology, urological cancers and stone disease, I have a particular interest in prostate cancer diagnostics.
I trained in the South East and was awarded the gold medal for my performance in pre-consultant exams. I undertook fellowship training in laparoscopy and minimally invasive surgery in Guy's and King's Hospitals, London.
My research was into prostate cancer at Imperial College and I have published papers on this and a variety of other subjects.
I work as a Senior Lecturer in medical education at Winchester University, and also have national urology educational and examining roles.
