I am a Consultant ENT and Facial Plastic Surgeon. I started my career as a General Practitioner in Stockport before making a career switch into surgery. My surgical training was in the Manchester and Mersey regions. I undertook a further fellowship in facial plastic surgery after my higher surgical training. I started as a substantive NHS Consultant at the Mid Cheshire NHS Foundation Trust in 2019.
I have many years of experience and always aim to give my patients a balanced viewpoint about the best treatment options available to them. My holistic approach is to treat my patients as I would wish members of my own family to be treated. In my clinic I will always give patients plenty of time and do my best to discuss and explain the nature of their problem. I will give a balanced opinion and only recommend surgery if there is evidence that it is effective, and the benefits clearly outweigh the risks.
