"Spire St Anthony's Hospital has excellent ENT facilities in order to provide first class care for both adults and children."
I have been an ENT consultant with an NHS practice based at West Middlesex and Chelsea & Westminster Hospitals since 2018. I currently have regular adult and paediatric clinics with Head and Neck Clinics and regular participation in the Head & Neck MDT.
I have an interest in rhinoplasty and sinus surgery following two fellowships in facial plastic surgery and rhinology respectively. The European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS) involved rhinoplasty, pinnaplasty and facial plastic surgery, including head and neck skin cancer treatment with local flap reconstruction.
With over 10 years of ENT experience and increasing facial plastic surgical experience I have now developed my company KNK ENT&FPS. This was developed to provide a bespoke high quality surgical service to accommodate patient's medical and social requirements and will continually evolve to meet patients' needs.
I have performed over 3,500 ENT procedures the majority of which are general adult and paediatric ENT procedures. I have performed several hundred nasal and sinus operations with over 150 septorhinoplasties and 200 sinus surgery operations now undertaking on average one a week in conjunction with diagnostic head and neck and paediatric ENT work. I have undertaken over 50 salivary gland surgical cases and over 100 head and neck benign and skin cancer lesions.
I qualified from St Georges University London with a distinction in my finals in 2004. I secured my national training number in 2010 and joined the specialist register in 2016. International experience with facial plastic surgery and non surgical treatments such as Botox and fillers was also gained with Professor Jonathan Sykes, who practices facial plastic surgery in Sacramento and Beverly Hills, USA. This was followed by a rhinology (sinus surgery) fellowship.
I have published work regularly throughout my higher surgical training and fellowships with over 20 publications including work in three book chapters (including Nasal Septal Perforation in Scott-Brown's Otorhinolaryngology and Cosmetic Surgery in Key Topics in Otolaryngology) and three ENT UK FPS Dissection Manual Chapters (including chapters on Otoplasty/Pinnaplasty and Non-Surgical facial rejuvenation). Much of my work has been presented at National and International meetings and has been awarded national ENT awards such as The British Rhinology Travelling Fellowship for contributions to research work within the field of rhinology (nose and sinus surgery).
I have had numerous publications including book chapters within the field of ENT in particular nasal surgery and have had national awards for my work such as the British Rhinology Society Travelling Fellowship award for my rhinology based research and publications.
