I am a full time Consultant Urological Surgeon at Croydon University Hospital (CUH) and St George’s Hospital, London, having qualified in 2000. I am currently Clinical Lead for urology, Chair of the Cancer MDT and Business Unit lead for urology, general surgery and orthopaedics at CUH and Consultant in the Endourology Unit at St George’s Hospital London. I have developed skills in all aspects of urology including stone surgery, endourology and MRI fusion prostate biopsy and I am a high volume surgeon.

I have a specialist interest in prostate cancer diagnosis, bipolar techniques for the management of prostate symptoms, endourology and kidney stones and general urology including UTIs, circumcision and testicular problems. I have presented and published 40 international papers and received awards for academic work from the European Association of Urology, The British Association of Urological Surgeons, The Royal Society of Medicine and Glaxo Wellcome.

I perform around 700 cases per year of which 250 are for kidney stones or related problems and around 70-100 MRI fusion prostate biopsies. Other operations performed include endoscopic procedures on the bladder and prostate.

I have published more than 40 articles in the following journals: Urology, British Journal of Urology International European Urology, Current Opinion in Urology and the British Journal of Medical and Surgical Urology.
