I enjoy walking and running and lately have been doing a lot of charity work. I recently completed the Great North Run for the first time and will hopefully take part again next year. The North East is a passionate place and although I am a Yorkshire man I admit this is the best place to live in the UK. My family are settled in the community in Newcastle and we enjoy the great outdoors, and weather permitting or not, I am fond of a barbeque or two.
