For the past decade I have been the lead gastroenterologist for Barrett's oesophagus and pancreatic disease as well as peforming complex therapuetic enoscopic procedures. To date I have preformed an estimated 8,000 Colonoscopies and 10,000 Gastroscopies.
I have an interest in and have experience in a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders, and I'm a colonoscopist on the National Bowel Cancer Screening Programme which requires a higher than standard colonoscopic ability.
I graduated from the Royal London and St Bartholomew's hospital in 1996 and trained in those hospitals and other hospitals in the region including UCLH and the Royal Free hospital.
I am a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Basildon Hospital having been appointed there in 2009.
