I am a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Spire Wellesley Hospital in Southend-on-Sea and Spire Hartswood Hospital in Brentwood. I trained in London and the South East of England in surgery and urology.

I spent two years at St George's Hospital in London, researching conditions leading to development of penile cancer. I have travelled extensively presenting my research at international meetings and have published my research in leading urological journals.

Apart from clinical medicine I am passionate about teaching young doctors and am actively involved in the postgraduate programme at Anglia Ruskin University in the field of urinary incontinence. Whether in clinical practice or in education, my central focus is on improving patient care.

Feedback from my patients at Spire Wellesley Hospital:

December 2021
Mr Pietrzak explained everything adequately and was helpful and accommodating. He put my mind at rest and I had no qualms about my required treatment, which was dealt with speedily and satisfactory.
