Repairs the weak spot in the abdominal wall that caused the hernia.
At Spire Wellesley Hospital, our consultants offer surgery to treat inguinal hernias – a lump or bulge around your groin which is caused by a weakness in your abdominal wall muscles.
During an inguinal hernia repair operation, your consultant will push the protruding tissue back into place underneath your abdominal wall and repair the weakness.
