I am a Consultant Haematologist. I aim to deliver high quality comprehensive care in general haematology, specifically in haematological cancers. I provide consultative services in general haematology, treatment of conditions including lymphoma, leukaemia, myeloma and blood clot disorders.
After my basic medical training (India, 1992), I undertook three years of general medicine training (Kerala, India) completing a medical doctorate degree (MD) and SHO rotation at Derbyshire Royal Infirmary, becoming a member of Royal College of Physicians in 1997. I undertook specialist training in haematology on the North Thames rotation and attained FRCPath in 2003.
I have been in my post as a Consultant Haematologist at Worthing and Southlands for the past five years. I engage in improvements in patient safety in the Trust specifically in blood transfusion (clinical lead) and reduction in blood clots associated with hospital.

I am married with two children. I enjoy gardening and cycling and I am a great fan of audio books, which serve me well while commuting to work. I am also a member of local cricket and lawn tennis club.
