“Natalie Hunt was the receptionist we approached when I brought mum to Spire Harpenden for a blood test in January 2017. Natalie was so kind and thoughtful and straight away noticed how sick my poor mum was and my upset. She very quickly found us a private room and as if with a magic wand sorted everything out for us. She made a difficult and sad situation bearable and dignified. She kindly settled mum and I in a private room. She helped us admit Mum under Dr Seeva and mum was admitted that night thanks to Natalie’s quick thinking and knowledge of elderly care. I have been meaning to write to you for a long time to let you know about the excellent service Natalie gave mum and I but sadly time has flown and my poor dearest mum passed away. We will not forget your staff for their humility and kindness, a nightmare situation was made easier. The nurses on Ambrose Ward were truly like angels and they have helped to reinstated my belief in human nature. Thank you to you all for your help, kindness and support.”
